Does anyone use this site? is it any success in terms of getting work or this just an ordinary portfolio site?

I have a portfolio there. I have only ever received one inquiry that did not pan out. Mind you, the intention of this site is to advertise your photography/photography service, and as such, you must be diligent in keeping it up to date. Keeping it up to date by updating keywords, replacing photos helps to keep your name near the top of the list (or so I was told by the sales rep who signed me up). I've been too busy and have not touched my portfolio there since last June or so.

I had the opportunity to speak to another representative there in July, and he was kind enough to provide me with some very useful feedback about my portfolio and its presentation. I was mighty impressed by that......
