i need to know how to change my RGB, this site says to do the following Choose Image > Mode > Convert to Profile...
but elements doesnt have the convert to profile..

Elements doesn't have the capability to convert color spaces. To see what color space your photo is in, open the Save As or Print Preview dialog boxes. If it is sRGB, you don't need to convert it for web display. If it is Adobe RGB, converting to sRGB would make the colors look a bit brighter when displayed on a web site, but you need full Photoshop to do the conversion. The difference isn't that great, so don't worry too much about it.

To avoid this, be sure your camera (or RAW conversion software) is set for sRGB, not Adobe RGB, and that your Elements Edit > Color Settings isn't set to "Full Color Management".
