No attorney is going to give you advice through a website like this. If you have a problem and you're looking for help to just identify some of your potential issues, you might get somewhere, but no decent lawyer is going to give you legal advice through a website forum without being retained.

No need to jump down the poor guy's throat. Sounds like the guy just wanted to run something past someone...not like it's the first time someone has wanted to ask some advice here.
