I am building my portfolio -- slowly running through all my photo at the moment. It's more than 10,000 files now. I just wanna get some ideas from you who already have one:
- How do you cetegorise and sequence them
- What formats do you use
- How many is too many in it

| I don't know about anyone else, but for personal family photos I just do it by date, if it's an event for someone/something else I create a folder specifically for that topic, then use a date. I take a lot of pictures for the local community theatre and they have their own folder then a folder for each play, then by date for rehersals and performances. |
