Sun sets only once where I live. You're lucky! ;-)
Beautiful shots. I love the sliver of land and the 'big sky' feeling. Both are great but I favor the pink one...just 'cuz. Very nice.

I spent all day judging a photo contest of Colorado sunsets / sunrises today. These shots are similiar to what I saw today. Try to get something interseting into the foreground...

"As the Sun Goes DOwn" is truly unusual and breathtaking. Both are beautiful, but that one is really different for me!!
