I was offered a membership in Canon Professional Services by someone at corporate HQ in NY yesterday. I was wondering if anyone here on DP is a member and if the program works smoothly. It sounds good and it is free.

Take it !
I took my camera to the Canon Service Centre, a 1hr drive .I had it there for 9:00 am on a Friday morning Got my camera back by UPS the next day Sat morning by 10.00 am . Calibrated and cleaned and firmware update.
