I am again asking you to take a look at some of my Chiang rai, Thailand pictures. Basically, these are my choices for the Best of 2004 entry. Maybe I made the wrong choice.

Either "Umbrella" or "Wind" I would have scored much higher than I did the one you submitted. Excellent shots!

Thanks to those who left comments to my recent pictures. For those who haven't looked yet, please do.
BTW, Chiang Rai is a northern province in Thailand. There are a lot of minority tribes residing in the mountains of Chiang Rai, among them, the Lisu, Yao and Akha.

I just posted this one one of your photos, but I'd like to say it here as well. I hope one day I can be half the portraitist that you are. Your captures of human spirit are phenomenal.
It's funny, there are a lot of photographs on this site that I've looked at dozens of times, but it takes going to the photographers portfolio and seeing their larger body of work for me to really realize what I'm looking at- skill, not luck- and to truly be blown away.
I hope you're making a living with your photography, Manny. Your work deserves to be seen by as many people as possible.
Please put together a coffee table book of your photos or something similar. Then sign me up for it.
