Does anyone have a remote for this camera? Do they even make one? I used to have an olympus c3000 that, while only being a 3.2 megapixel cam, it took great photos, and I loved the remote for self-portraits. Now I have to use the timer on my 300D and i hate it. It's virtually impossible to get what i want. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

ah. I'm very new here. Didn't notice you could actually edit your forum responses.
I notice you're a fellow deviant too. Hi :) |

I heard that the RC1 with the 2 second delay is better if you want to be in the pictures so you can press the shutter release and have 2 seconds to hide the remote.

I bought the RC-1 to trip the shutter whilst focussed on one of my fish tanks, DOH, after messing around with a mirror (can't trigger the remote from the back of the cam) I got the RS-60E3 as well. Both are used when I get the cam on the tripod.

I've been tempted to program my RCA TV remote. I found the code online.

I own the RC-1, excellent little remote, will focus and immediately take the picture. |
