I shoot RAW images using my Nikon D70 and it automatically records camera rotation in the EXIF data.
When I browse the files using PS, the thumbnails are indeed rotated correctly.
However, when I select a rotated thumbnail, it is reverted back to it's horizontal orientation. Strange.
I use the Adobe Camera Raw plugin. Anyone recognize this problem ?
Additional Info : Nikon raw files (.NEF) are not opened in correct orientation using the Adobe Camera Raw Plugin.

That is strange Tom. I have not seen that from the Canon side.

Do you have the latest version of the plugin? The latest is 2.4... that might help.

Yes I have Adobe Camera Raw v2.4
BTW I'm running OS X
OK, I found out that ACR does not use the rotation metadata in Nikon raw files.
