Well, I decided to scope out the city today from a few different places. I payed extra attention to composing the photo while looking through the viewfinder and double extra attention to get the histogram just right.

That last one...I had such a surprising experience last time I accidentally got a picture of a police car coming, that I just *had* to wait for another one to come...I think I found myself a hobby inside of a hobby. :-)

Thanks for looking!

Here's the unedited just cropped version...as you can tell, I cropped my shadow out in that first picture...but in this one, you can clearly make me out, crouched down by the railing and someone lingering behind me.

Looks like a shadow from one of those lamp posts. Nice shots.

A stalker that was turned on by this picture?

lol...a stalker turned on by my self-portrait HAHAHAHAAH. Seriously...this is sort of weirding me out...although I guess it could have been a light post or something, but I don't remember seeing one there. I'm half-tempted to go back to see.

Here's a higher up crop from another light post...you can see that the shadow from any light post behind me should be at an angle and not the way that one it...

I like the first and third ones the best. The third one reminds me of scenes from old Batman and Robin where the room was always off tilt. Nice photo's

Getting worried about you, deapee!

First it was a cop picture last week, now another!

Now you have a secret admirer/stalker? Are you taking your tablets, like the nice man in the white coat told you? It was probably a passerby who stopped to let you take the photo, or was curious.

heh...so you agree it's not a light post and also that it is a person behind me. I can guarantee you with 100% certainty no one was behind me at the time the picture was taken (who was visible to the human eye). I was very well aware of my surroundings as I felt a little awkward at the type people who were walking about (not the jogger, he seemed nice).

heh...am I going off the deep end here, maybe I should admit myself to a hospital.

No, I'm pretty sure it's the light post. Look the shape of the closest one compared to the shadow... Same silhouette...
