B&W, but it looks just a little dark on my work monitor, I will check it again when I get back home |

Beautiful photos.
I this case I think the Color one works better for me, it's more vivid and appealing to look at. I find the Black and White too dark (maybe cause I'm on a laptop right now) but it just doesn't appeal to my taste. Maybe a duotone or something along of those lines might be intersting.
Just my two bits. |

In this case I would go with colour. I am usually for B&W, but I think it's not a proper B&W. There's something missing in it. The tonality doesn't look right to me. It's not rich enough. |

Could someone Please help me B&W Conversion. Right now all I am doing is using 256 gray. Is there a better way ??? |

I used and Plug-in called BW Workflow Pro, I then burned the sky some, blurred the water some, selected the lower half of the mountain range and boosted the contrast on it. I think it's a little more powerful this way.
