i was wondering if anyone new a place were I could get some matte and frames for a 10x13 photo, Also I would like to get a photo album that I can display 10x13 photos. But not the kind with adhesive backing.

Does anyone know were to get these items?

I order from Documounts and was pleased with their service and prices. They custom cut the mats (simple square/rectangular shapes) at no extra cost. The only downfall for you is that they require a $50 minimum purchase.
