Just tossing an idea out, as I would not know how to throw this all together on-line. It might be fun to do a little satyrical series of those (un)motivational prints similar to those at www.despair.com. Maybe do up a calendar or just prints for the series. See what others could come up with Photograpically and Caption wise for each of the terms.
Background: Having been in the USMC for 15 years I had the 14 leadership traits burned into my brain and now working Corporate America find that if management could apply any one of 14 it would be a better place to work.
Anyways the Concept: (Applying Marine Corps) Leadership Traits in the Workplace
The 14 leadership Traits Are:
dependability
bearing
courage
decisiveness
endurance
enthusiasm
initiative
integrity
judgment
justice
Knowledge
tact
unselfishness
loyalty
Anyone working in a big corporation full of butt kisses and backstabers is probably all ready getting a visual for the terms above.
This comes about as I was playing around last week and quickly through this together (see thumb): This one ended up graphic art (originally was a photo) but ran rampant through my company and I have had requests for prints from 3 different sites within my company and can't change it now.
I would rather see more serious photos in the series with witty little satyrical sayings for the workplace.
Just a thought. |

I will be happy to contribute if I can think of something good ... will probably take more than 1/2 cup of coffee though.
I take it you want to use those "real" traits for the titles? |
