Hi!
is the SanDisk Extream III card can work on the nikon d70?
anyone tested both in action?

I must be in a cave!
You can check here. Didn't sow any tests with the D70,but has info and specs on card to puter.

| I have two extreme IIs (not III) a 1GB & 512mb, and both work fine. Of course my regular sandisk 512mb works fine also. I never really take photos in C mode. I do however see a signficant increase in speeds when connected to my firewire card reader. |

Just as an FYI, the D70 can't utilize write speed higher than 40x. Any performance boost will show up between the card/card reader.
