I don't shoot in raw that often , I use pscs ,can someone tell me the best way to convert raw photo's to jpeg , so I can post them here or pbase or web

First open the file in PS. Save As Jpg. Then:

Go to File/Save for Web. Go to the Image Size tab and make the logest side of your image 640 pixels. Hit Apply. Go to the little arrow to the right of the Preset box and got to Optimize to File Size. Set the file size to 150k and save. Any more trouble look in the tutorials of this website.
