Really appealing, but am I alone in finding the white patch in the sky distracting?

I can see what you are talking about now that you bring it up. I am sure it could easily be PS'd out, but I always think of that as an afterthought almost. I just see this animal and his innate gentleness captured by the photographer in a non-studio setting. DOes that make sense at all?

That's the sky??? The things one learns.... I thought it was the sun reflecting off of the snow... I guess this laser eye surgery is not anywhere near as good as I thought it was... (hehehehehe)
Great shot of the dog ... makes me want to go out and get another one.

Ray you are correct it is the sun on the snow,That bush is only about 20 inches high.
I was shooting him and his brother who is like a bull in a china shop.But this little guy is just so mild and gentle compared to his brother and I was trying to capture that with this image .Guess I did not do so well .Oh well still learning and having a blast.
