Greetings,
Wow, nice colors in the sky on #1, Somehow the cementary bit kind of escapes me, I know, the building is at one, but perhaps a few gravestones??
The second photo looks cold, very cold, which I'm sure is what you were trying for, the only thing that bothers me slightly is the angle of the barn, it loks crooked, or not level or somethin', can't quiet place what it is about it.......Otherwise a great photo, I love the inclusion of the tree, adds to the stark coldness of the shot. Just MHO, keep up the good work!

Thanks for the comments, the view from the cemetary was just gorgeous as I drove past it and the gravestones were mostly covered in deep snow, I agree the title might be not quiet right, doesnt look like a cemetery, but it is. As far as the tilt of the barn, thats what caught my eye, its on the verge of falling over its so crooked. Thanks again for taking the time to comment, I appreciate it!

The color pic is way oversharpened IMO. The other is totally blown out on the snow. Snow's really hard to get right. Each has a good mood, but each needs modifications to bring out all it could be. "Cemetery", btw, has no "a" in it...

I think the first photo is very good. It does however suffer a bit from jpeg artifacts. Whereas the artifacts donĂ¢€™t ruin the photo they are easy to avoid by saving at a higher quality level. The artifacts can be seen as noise in the sky around the edges of the trees, this gives it a somewhat fuzzy look.
