Do you like it? Trust it?

Funny you should bring up trust *s*. Before I took it on my first big trip, I tried it out at home, over and over again, with photos that were already safely on my computer.
I tried it with full batteries, and with low ones. I let the battery run out. I put it near my monitor, I left it just sitting somewhere for a couple of weeks. I kept adding photos, and kept putting it through its paces. I even managed to send it with someone on a plane, to see if it would survive the machines.
All that worked fine, not a problem.
On the trip I managed to park a few of my pics on a laptop, the rest of them HAD to survive it.
I was VERY scared, even after all my precautions.
I am happy to report that it worked perfectly well.
It scared me once, but only for a moment. It wasn't working properly, but a fresh charge fixed the "problem".
I am about to start using it again at home, ready to give it a little check for the next trip in February, but this time I won't be anywhere near as nervous.
Its a great little machine. The only a thing that would make it better would be a little LCD screen. I still don't like having to rely on nothing but a blinking light that simply stops blinking when its done downloading - I'd prefer something more concrete than that.
But hey.... it did work fine.

Edited for typo
