I have uploaded an image that is INcredibly sharp on my monitor but when uploaded it appears to have a little camera shake. EXIF includes RAW 16 bit converted in PSCS usual exposure, WB, contrast sliders etc.\
then reduced to 8 bits and saved. using adobe RGB but not sure how to convert the image to sRGB. any ideas? thanks
oh here is the muddy looking link

I don't know much about this, but has it been overcompressed? Possibly at the remote end. |

Just a thought, but did you open and close it multiple times while editing before you saved the final? That will give you "blurriness" in jpegs.

what does that mean? could it be something i did in photoshop or a result of homestead' sitebuilder "optimize for web" function. |

Yes, sitebuilder will trash the image. It sets it up for speed of download, doesn't like anything over 50k.
Do you have the original image, full size, in an unaltered state? If so you're in good shape. If not, you're in trouble.

It looks like you did not use USM after resizing it, try 80% with Radius of 0.5 and Threshold of 0. |
