Hi guys,
after the results of my first submission I'm nothing short of exstatic. 54th out of 186 is not bad at all :)
Had two for submission, perhaps I should have picked the other one?

For me, the first one is the better. In the second one, although you got the escort nice and sharp, the lexus, which occupies a much greater proportion of the frame, is too blurry and off-putting. |

the light at the end of the tunnel really adds a lot to the photo. that and the more uniform shape of the tunnel makes me like the submitted one better.

I agree, I think you made the right choice in what you submitted. While it shows good motion blur, the cars in front of sharper in the first which contrasts well with the blur.
