I am working on uploading prints from a trip I just took, but I can't upload one of my panoramics because its 19 megs. Is there a way to compress the file more. I've tried win zip, but I have no idea how to just compress one thing...any help would be great...thanks!

It's the final size of the JPEG which matters -- zipping it for transmission won't help.

As far as I know, the only things you can do are to make it smaller (fewer pixels) or lower the JPEG quality setting until it gets under 16MB.
