I thought about submitting this one, but I was almost positive I'd get grilled for it being too distorted... thoughts?
I probably should have done this... but I hate making decisions

Your first one is far more interesting than the second but I think you'd get the grilling from the face showing, even though it's blurry you can still see it.
This was my first choice but decided not to go with it because it was too blurry. I really like it though.

I like the first onewith the poeple on the street. Has a painterly look to it. And I remember that type of seen when I was younger and drunk as crap, looks exactly like that. (C:
I didn't enter mine (Over Here) on the note that I couldn't get it to look good enough without using the Smudge tool.

i'm at 4 something but i don't want to look....
here's my outtake it was my 2nd choise to the 1 submitted lets cross our fingers and hope i made the right choice....
