I received an email today asking for submissions to a magazine called Surface-on-line. The email did not have my name on it so I was wondering if anyone else on DP had received one.

I mean the site seems really cool and the photography looks great, but I was curious as to if they just send these out to everyone.

Looks like there are a few familiar names of DPC'ers on they're photo page already perhaps you should contact them directly in case they miss this Post.

I noticed you have your email address visible in your DPC Profile. It is never a good idea to have your email visible in your profile as it is easy for spammers to harvest those addresses and contact you.

If you choose to hide your email address, registered users on DPC can still contact you via the Private Message link in your profile.

Not going to do much good, my webpage address is up there too. Thats got my email address and my phone #. Not too worried about being spammed, just want to know if I am.

my pictures are on that site and yes,they asked me first. I don't mind. I have had a few people write me and ask me about my photography. I don't see what it would hurt. I don't get alot of spam and it has been up for awhile now.

i have been on there for awhile now.
