I'd love to get opinions on these....



Especially with regard to the isolation of the subject against the black background.

As always, if anyone wants to have a play...feel free.

I feel like the first subject is too bright.

But hey, I just woke up. :)

You did manage to get excellent separation between your subjects and their backgrounds. I really like the tonality in the flower image, although I think you could get the blacks a little more saturated. The contrast in the first two is a bit strong, but that may be part of your artistic expression you were going for.

Both swan pictures are a touch blown out in the white areas and the black in your flower shot isn't black enough.

Over all, though, I find all three images to be *extremely* effective. Atmospheric and interesting. I like them a lot.
