I just got photoshop 7.0 CS and am now working with RWA photos, but now when I try to put an image on the site the colors are very faded. What color format do I need to be working with so the photo comes out the same.

Once you're ready to upload go to Image>Mode>Convert to profile and change your image's colour profile to sRGB.

Change your proof setup to Monitor RGB before editing, then it'll match.

If you only flip the proof setup, your picture looks different in different spaces ( Adobe RGB and sRGB) and you might have to edit it differently for web and print. Is that so ?

What I do is make my edits in Adobe RGB and save it in that format only. For web, I convert to sRGB, resize and use it on the web.
