I am looking for a good place to buy pre-cut mats. I want to print 11x14 prints, but use a 16x20 frame. I would prefer the mat to be two colors. I am having a hard time finding a good place to purchase these. I want to spend as little money as possible, but I want them to look good. Does anybody here have a seller that they love to use? Thanks in advance.

You might give American Frame a try. You can get two different color Crescent white core mats cut to 16x20 outside dimension for $13.20. That sounds very reasonable to me.
