Does anyone on this site own any large glass Sigma primes and how does such glass rate against Canon and Nikon in sharpness, contrast and overall quality? IS is not a consideration. Quiet operation, quick AF and durability are.

I was thinking in the range of the 800 f/5.6.

I just found a small speck on the second element of my EF 600 f/4 IS lens that I think may be fungus. I may sell this and was checking into a replacement.
