The steelers got so lucky the jets have a horrid kicker.
The eagles arent in trouble. TO isnt the whole offense. Sure he scored 14 touchdowns, but what people seem to forget is that we've made it to the championship 3 years prior without him.
We still have one up this year, in that Brian Westbrook is healthy, and LJ Smith is now a prime target, and a damn good one. Vikings got lucky last week because greenbay's defense is horrid. They can't even tackle. Why do you think we gave them Al Harris? lol

Luck...16-1 baby...watch us in the championship next week! The jets were lucky that the Steelers played so poorly to even give them a chance to win...lets all remember what happened to New England and Philadelphia.
If you don't remember...I'll help out...we kicked both of their undefeated butts.

Yes, Luck. It was luck, that the jets have a crappy kicker and missed 2 game winning fieldgoals. Nothing more.

The Chicago Bulls used to win quite a few games like this during the Jordan era when they dominated the NBA. It is a sign of a real championship-caliber team that they find a way to win even though they may have an 'off day'. As far as the Jets choking, teams have a habit of doing that against the top teams, possibly due to awe or intimidation. I'll bet the Jets kicker would have made the field goal against Houston, the Chicago Bears, or some other klutz team.

Not really, the Jets kicker missed a FG againsst the rams just 2 weeks ago. He just sucks and thats why Pittsburgh advanced.

I'm not sure many of us are sore losers as a professional kicker doesn't normally miss two FGs in 2:30. lol It was heartbreaking that we have to listen to another week of Alan and Anna - really that's why we all became closet JET fans for the weekend. :)
Now it's the day after the game - GO PHILLY GO INDY! :D

No kidding. They're so bad, they lost the #1 draft pick. (They lose to SF, they get the pick.) |
