I wonder if someone could help me with this issue that's bugging me.
I have uploaded a picture to my portfolio, but when I view it online the colours are not as saturated as when I view in Photoshop. This is really bugging me 'cos I want the uploaded file to look the same as when I edit it.
I thought it might be the background that was changing and causing an illusion so I looked through a tube but the colours are definitely different.
Am I missing something in Photoshop to do with colour spaces or something? |

Before saving for web, use Image.Mode.Convert to profile and choose sRGB as your target profile. |

as dwoolidge said, convert them to sRFB for web viewing. But do keep the original ( quiet possibly the Adobe RGB) for print. |

Can someone explain for me.. if they can.. if I have to do this when using The GIMP?
I've never really noticed a change in color saturation though.. |
