What are my weaknesses, what are my strengths, and what do you feel I need to work on?

Nothing. That looks great. You have good eye.

Everything. If you are new to photography learn everything you can.

The bathroom pic would of been good for where's waldo? II challenge

They all look nice, a few flaw nothing that you will not overcome in a short period of time. Like nsbca7 said, you have a good eye.

Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing... I didn't even realize there was a guy in there until after I took the pic.
