Inserting Thumbnails in messages.

So sorry to ask but how do you guys do that, inserting a thumbnail in your message?
If someone can please tell me in noddy language how to do that, step by step, I will appreciate it. But in simple language please, I'm BC..Before Computers;-)

In the message compose box, there are five icons above the text field. The right-most icon will do it. You just need to know the reference number of the image on DPC (it's in the URL when you view an image). To post a shot that is not stored on DPC's site, you need to use the "insert image" or "insert hyperlink" buttons, which are right next to it, 2nd and 3rd, from the right.
