I'm sorry, I just had to share my joy about this news. Because I am originally from Salt Lake City and all of my family and friends are still there, this case has been very close to me. I am rejoicing for her family! Some good news, for a change. |

What a miracle!! I am so glad for her and her family! No doubt she will need a long time to heal from this.. if she ever can...but to have her family back will make all the difference. |

I heard the wonderful, miraculous news about Elizabeth Smart, while I was on the phone with my sister. She had some spots on her lungs. We all feared the worse. However, I was receiving great news from her. There is NO CANCER!!!! There are some treatable blood clots, but NOT CANCER. Two bits of good news within a moment of each other. Now I thank God for both!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh God!

In a similar bout of miraculousness, this I found to be rather amusing:
Girl Emerges From Coma During Bryan Adams Concert
Is it OK to find it rediculously funny if it has a good outcome? Yes, it is... |

I was just talking to my husband yesterday about how the world has taken a turn for the worst. We lost some friends of ours to a drunk driver last week, and since then, it seems like there has been bad news upon bad news. HOWEVER, I have felt very blessed and amazed today with all the GOOD news out there! I am certain that there are still miracles, and that there is still a Higher Hand in our lives, whether or not it's always obvious. |
