Hello All!

I know I have been flooding the forums with endless questions that relfect how little I know about stuff! :)
Anyway, as per the advice od dpcers. I downloaded phpbb to create forums for a website I am developing. Unlike proboards, which is all online & has a really user-friendly & simple interface, I am completely clueless about phpbb. I think I downloaded the right thing & all I got is mad folder with stuff in it. I am a bit confused about how to construct the forums with the folders. Is there a program I should be using it with? Does it come with it's own program to build the threads? Where's the beef?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
