Unfortunatly This can not be laid out in an even Grid.
What ever layout you chose will give you some spare spaces.

So you have a few options. Increase the size of some days.
have spaces deliberatly withing the design.

Include some samller filler blocks introducing each month.....

Buy a Hog and a travel the world.....

to simplify things - i think 365 thumbnails on a single page is a bad idea. break up by months...

create a 31 square template for each month.
