I haven't used my camera a for good month or two and decide to take a few photos today. Everything was working fine, but when I try to access the menu or delete a photo the camera will access the specific screen for a brief second and then the lcd will revert to its blank state. I have no chance to delete the photo or change my settings.

Anyone knows what's up? Maybe the battery?

Recharge your battery...the LCD eats a lot of power...

I hope it's the battery. I'd hate to have to send my camera in for repairs.

What does the battery indicator show, flashing or full?

It was on the last bar

That's your answer...charge the battery.

Does this always happen when the battery is on the last bar?
