Can a person enter a shot that they may have in their DPC portoflio? I know the rules don't say anything about that, just that the shot may not have been entered in a challenge before, but it's not clear... I mean if one of my favorite authors enters one of the images from their portfolio i will likely recognize it and be biased about it. Or is that intended and is not a problem?
