this is really simple if you go over boundary of altering whit subject, you are disqualify from that contest and you go on list over computer specialist in altering picture, New rules are bit over the limit, like it have been made in US. |

Please explain why it would not be okay for Basic challenge rules. What is this based on? Are or aren't there filters in VP that are aplied to the whole image, like ajusting contrast in PS? I am asking this because I am unfamilier with VP.

Did we ever get an answer on why this position was taken?
VP primarily does toning of images. It applies the effect to the whole image. Why is NeatImage allowed but not VP in basic editing challenges?
