Does anyone know how to get your own icon in the address bar in IE? Like if you go to yahoo you will get the red Y show up. I would love to try this but have no clue.

I am gonna make me a 'loz' icon for my site so that when people bookmark it (as they will all wanna do, there will be millions of them lining up haha) it will be pretty :) At least its only three leters so I should be able to somehow (even if its tiny) fit it in there :)
