This is the first year I can say I stuck to my actual resolution. Last December 29, I made the decision to join Weight Watchers and make weight lose my New Years Resolution. It went well til June when I managed to have shed 40 pounds and then I back slid to 25 pounds by the end of October. But I got it all back together and as of Wed. Dec 29, 2004 I had managed to lose a total of 36 pounds...so yeap I made it through the year following through with my resolution...anyone else able to say they did it all year?

Congratulations! You should be proud of that accomplishment. Lots of hard work but you did it! Way to go!
