I did not get my entry submitted in time. I was wondering what you think of it and how how it may have done?

Probably a 6 from me. It's oversharpened, IMO. But a nice, graphic image.

Probably a "6" for me too. It would be interesting to see a version with more contrast and possible in b/w to highlight the interesting shapes.

bothers me a little that its cropped to the edge of the white on all sides except the top where theres still a row or two of brick. cool shot tho

The image has no real punch it just a clock with no real tie to mechanical.Not trying to be blunt but you probably know it is an average shot and would have scored average. Just my view on it.

Of the 4 versions posted, the "more contrast" version is richest. The originally-posted version is definitely oversharpened. I'm intrigued by the extra course of bricks, not bothered by them. Go figure...

What keegbow says is true, up to a point; but it's nevertheless a strongly graphic "found image" and worth keeping.
