Hi!
i just saw a sample photo taken with the d70
hmm, why is it so grainy?

Looks like it was taken at a higher ISO...maybe 800 or so. There are several people here that have photos from their D70 in their portfolio and you will see that the D70 does not have a grain problem until you get into the high ISO and low light.

Nearly every photo in my profile is done on a D70 (with the exception of the photos with me in them)

I don't normally use High ISO settings since I do portraits, but the 200 ISO is crystal clear..

I do on the other hand have a problem with the D70 AF system. I can't seem to get it to work correctly. I mostly use MF so that isn't even that big of a problem.
