i like it, the first one is better looks good in B&W

I really like the b/w tones of the first one, but I don't like that horizontal perspective. I keep wanting to turn my head to see what she looks like! I know she's laying down, but I still might prefer a vertical (portrait) layout of this.

My first thought was that you had forgot to rotate them. Might help to include some point of reference to the horizontal layout. No pun intended. I like B/W best, it got rid of the nasty spots in lower portion of image. What caused them?

No doubt the b/w is better.
The only thing I could point out is that it looks over sharpened to me

I think the spots are birds from the cloud/sky scene that is merged with the portrait?

yeah i merged to images so the spots are birds..thanx everyone i'll rotate it and see how it looks and sharpen it a bit less ;)
