Some decent improvements too:

# Improvements to AF tracking in AI Servo AF.
# Reduced the time between when the camera is turned on and when it is ready to shoot.
# Support added for the wireless file transmitter WFT-E1.

Cool! Thanks Eddy! You tried it? Camera hasn't exploded as a result? ;)

I just updated and it went smooth. No problems. And indeed the camera is now ready to shoot practically instantly after it is turned on (as opposed to after a short delay). DPReview listed the "on->shot" time as 0.8 seconds before (tested by holding down the shutter release as you turn on the camera). Now, as soon as you flip the power switch on with the shutter held down, it takes a shot. Pretty cool.

Given that the DPReview test result for the 20D was 0.3 seconds, Canon had to do something... =] =] =]

It is indeed faster! I mean the previous start up time was pretty fast and I never missed a shot because of it, now it is basically instantaneous. Cool.
