I just bought a camera last week and found this site. I've made a gallery on pbase that I wanted to share.
My photos
All these were taken this past week, my favorite is the Hoodoo Magic.

That over exposed thing is happening again in waterfall and pinky....
shooting is bright sunlight? hard to deal with that with a waterfall... again, other experts on this site might be able to help you with that. For smaller subjects a diffuser might help.
You have a good eye. Keep it up!

Wow..those are some beautiful landscapes. Hoodoo and The Tower are breathtaking!

| Thanks Karen, lecook, and KrazyKat for the comments. I need to learn how to fix that overexposure thing. I've been reading everything I can about photography this past week since I've gotten the camera, since this is my first camera. I had loved taking pictures growing up, but used a cheap camera or the throw away kinds. |
