All I can saw is WOW!!!! I have taken about 150 pics already( mostly in AUTO mode)and it is so much better than my OLY C750. I purchased 2 Canons lens with it a 28-135 and a 75-300 both with IS. Still waiting to try the 75-300 lens. Probably will take some aviation shots tomorrow with it.
Weather permitting I will be playing alot this weekend.

| Congratulations John! Have fun. I've had my D70 for a week or so now and I bet I'm up to almost a 1000 shots already. Good luck with the learning curve and don't get frustrated. My new one gets better everytime out. |

| Congrats - and I'm right there with you! Just got my Rebel today. Also got the 17-40L, 100mm macro and some other odds and ends. Going to snare the 70-200 2.8L and a good flash in the next week or two...off to take more pics... |

Congrats...and don't forget the best part about owning a new camera is changing the camera listed in your profile!
I look forward to your photos...and as someone told me about the Rebel when I bought it: "Don't worry, it's supposed to make that clicking noise when you move it...it's the sensor for the auto-rotate in portrait mode!"
