I saw their ad in the back of a magazine and their prices are very low...
Anyone had any dealigs with them? Is this gray market stuff?
Digital Rebel is $779 on their site, but $599 in the ad
D70 is $889 on the site and $699 in the ad
20D is $999 in the ad. |

They have a horrible rating and reviews on ResellerRatings. i.e. the one posted yesterday that starts with "These guys are scam artists."
Remember, if the price seems too far below what you can get it for from a known reputable dealer, it is a probably a "shady" deal. i.e. gray market, nothing included. They will have you pay "extra" to get the "English" manual, "English" software CD, "USA compatible" battery charger, battery, strap, (even though all those things are in the box when you buy from someplace reputable), require over-priced accessories that you "have" to buy to get the "special" price, etc.

You sure know how to pick 'em. Horrible reviews. "I need to wash my phone after dealing with these scammers." "They flat out lie. I feel like such an jerk for ordering from them."
ResellerRatings is a great site; I always check it before ordering from any company I haven't dealt with before.

One very good rule of thumb...if it looks too good to be true, then STAY AWAY! Check out the prices from reputable stores like B & H or Adorama and if their prices are significantly lower than those of the reputable stores...STAY AWAY. There is no free lunch or free ride.

| I bought my digital rebel from digital megastore. including 2-day shipping it cost me $820, which was the cheapest I found at one of the reputable places. |
