Thanks -- I thought I posted some suggested variations but they seem to have vanished. My own "adjustment would be to add some coffee and cream for a kind of "Irish Mocha"

On another note...

I don't know how many people here are in the N'Sync demographic, but Chris Kirkpatrick sang the national anthem at the game on Sunday. I had a chance to chat with him for a bit on the sidelines, and I have to say he was surprisingly down to Earth... a super nice guy all the way.

I went to college in his hometown -- the very small community of Clarion, PA... so we had a good time sharing stories about that town. I might just have to break down and buy an N'Sync album someday. Well, maybe I'll download an .mp3... :)
