What are your photo and wedding photo biz programs? All of them on your computer? I'm working on a project accumulating this stuff.
Image management
Image manipulation
Noise reduction
Image resizing/interpolation
Slide show maker
DVD creator
Business management
Accounting
Contact management
Etc.
If you could just post a list of stuff you use, that would rock.
Mine:
ACDSee 6.0 (image management)
Bibble (image management and workflow)
Photoshop 7 (image manipulation)
Extensis Pxl Smartscale (resizing)
DCE Tools (hot pixel removal)
Neat Image 4 Pro (noise removal)
FotoFusion (collage, coffee table pages)
Photobyte (NOT USING CURRENTLY - business management)
Quickbooks Pro (accounting and business management)
Yours?

What do all the Fred Miranda plugins do exactly? |

* Fred Miranda Dynamic Range Increase
Blends bracketed exposures into one photo. I need to shoot with a tripod and bracket the same scene with say +1EV and -1EV exposure. I use FM Dynamic Range Increase to merge those two exposures into one photo with about 2 stops more dynamic range than the 0EV exposure. It is illegal for all dpc challenges but I use it a lot for photos that end up in a yearly magazine print.
* Fred Miranda Digital Velvia Pro
When a photo has a good neutral whitebalance, FM DV pro can help me to give the photo a Fujifilm Velvia (film with more saturation than usual) look. There are +10 steps to either increase or decrease the saturation, with Velvia mimicking as the basis. It is great for landscapes and crap for portraits. (Especially reds are boosted).
* Fred Miranda Chroma Noise Reducer
Leaves the pattern noise be, but only tries to take out the color (chroma) noise. Those tiny red, green and blue dots and color shifts. It is based on a very common Photoshop method of blurring in the a and b channels in lab mode. I got if for free from FM.
* Fred Miranda Shadow Recovery Pro
+10 settings to bring back detail in shadows. Especially useful with older Photoshop versions. Included are Shadow Recovery and noise reduction options. Nikon Capture Digital DEE is better for D70 files.
* Fred Miranda B&W Workflow Pro
Plugin to help convert an image to B&W. Straight B&W, B&W with the main color filters, channel mixing, preset duotone, tritone and quadtone, shadow recovery. Good to get a base setting and enough options and sliders to change every preset the way you like it.
