Hello folks,

I power on the rebel and it turns off right away, This happened 3 - 4 times at a stretch and then things worked fine. I was operating it in probably 3 degree Celcius, which is pretty cold. Do you think it was just the battery acting up? I do remember reading somewhere that the battery does not function too well in cold tempratures...

Below are some links about the 10D. I would imagine the same problems apply to your model as well, but I could be wrong. I am sure if anyone else has anything to add to this thread, they will.
