Many people had a problem seeing it,just behind the forth one,cost me lot of points :-( |

I noticed the seven trees when I saw your picture. It’s just to the right of the foreground tree. I could tell by where I entered the snow. Good Photograph. You might of got a better perspective if you would of moved to your right about 5 or 10 feet.

| I'm not heida, but i also think that this is one of a few landscapes that's original and beautiful. The hole in the clouds makes the composition immaculate, however the viewpoint and the allowed image size definitely do a disservice to the shot. |

It is certainly a shame, this is the only image I saw in the challenge that I would ever put on a wall; a wonderful landscape.
I couldn't really see 7 trees, but I assumed that was a product of the limited size and I think I gave you a nine anyway (benefit of the doubt).
The other issue (just to play devils advocate) is that there are clearly other trees in the background, so some might argue that if the main subject was the trees then you definately had more than 7. Though of course this wasn't a problem for the images of the droplets on the spider web and so it shouldnt be for you.
